Walk-ins
Businesses to visit in person. Put one on your calendar, then mark it touched with what happened. The plan for that business waits until you do.
Calls
Phone, why they're a fit, and what to say. Mark each call with how it went.
Meetings on the books
New leads
Every locally owned business in PV and the Prescott area, ranked by fit. Strong ones with an email already went into outreach (drafts are in your queue). Ones without an email go on a walk-in, LinkedIn, and call plan when you add them.

Did Radar miss something?
Paste the link, or describe it. Radar says whether it saw it, why it didn't keep it, and how to catch the next one.
Radar
News, events, videos, podcasts, social posts, and organizations tied to the mission. Events coming up are listed first.
Set aside this week
What Radar decided wasn't for you, with its reason. "Should have kept" brings it back and teaches Radar to keep things like it.
What Radar watches
Coverage
Sources
On the events page
Events you've added from Radar. They go live right away and show on the website within 10 minutes. Ones without a posted start time say "time to be announced" and get checked every morning.
Emails and messages
First-touch emails wait here for you. Follow-ups send on their own and stop the moment someone replies or books.
Plain-English guides to check
Drafted and waiting for the review gate on the Agendas page.
Quick meeting alerts
Copied word for word from the agenda, so they can go out fast. Read it, fix anything, send it.
Agenda posts
The plain-English take on each agenda. Edit it, copy it, post it where it goes, then mark it posted.
Videos waiting for approval
Someone marked "Approves videos" on People has to sign off before a video goes out.
Plain-English guides ready to send
Approved. Members get the email the night before. The public page and the text go out the morning of. Check each step off as you go.
Videos ready to post
Approved. Post them, paste where they went, and mark them posted so signups can be traced back.
Weekly digests join this lane in a later phase.
Anything waiting 3 days or more. A short version that goes out beats a perfect one that doesn't.

How this works
1. Meetings show up on their own
Every morning at 6, Agenda Watch (Prescott Valley) and the board watchers (Prescott, Chino Valley, the county, HUSD) add any new meeting in the next 60 days to this list, and email you what they found. You can also add one by hand with Add a meeting.
2. Make the guide
Open a meeting and press Copy it. Start a new chat in the Together Strong project and paste it. Claude reads the packet, checks itself three times, and saves five files to the Drive Packets folder. This page finds them on its own.
3. Check it
The review gate has seven checks. Approve stays locked until every one is done, and only an admin can press it. If something is wrong, use Send it back with a note, and the note goes into the next build.
4. Send it, from Outgoing, Ready to send
- The night before: the members email, with the PDF, to the city's saved filter. Getting it first is the reason people sign up.
- The morning of: the public page on NationBuilder. It opens with "Members got this guide the night before," plus a sign-up button. Paste its link back here.
- The morning of: the text to opted-in mobiles, pointing to the public page.
Check Done on each. Today reminds you when each one is due.
5. The events page
- Your events Zapier posts the regular meetings on its schedule, same as always.
- The Command Center adds the ones the Zapier can't know about: special or rescheduled meetings, July meetings, Chino Valley, and Dewey-Humboldt. A meeting with no time yet goes up as a draft until you add the time under Edit.
- When you approve a guide, its summary goes on that meeting's event listing with a sign-up line. Right now that works for meetings the Command Center listed. For the Zapier's meetings, the summary is saved and will show once the events page update is installed. That's on the circle-back list.
6. Running late?
Make a quick alert copies the date, place, housing items and how to speak, word for word from the agenda. No AI is involved, so it's safe to send the same day.
7. Tidying up
Clear past meetings hides meetings that already happened. Nothing is deleted. Cleared meetings at the bottom brings any of them back.

Boards we watch
Paste a board's agenda page once. Its new meetings show up here every morning. Prescott Valley comes from Agenda Watch below.
Agenda Watch
New Prescott Valley agendas, read every morning. Drafts land in your email.
Do not solicit right now
Applicants with something pending before council. Outreach to anyone matching pauses on its own.
New draft
Ideas
Everything you sorted into Ideas from the Inbox. Start a draft, or drop it.
How build chats save here
Paste this at the end of any build chat in the Together Strong project. The finished file shows up here, ready to check and copy.
Radar and every draft read these. Change something here and it changes everywhere. Rows marked Check need a real answer.
Add a fact
To add a position, start the name with "Position:" and Radar picks it up.
Add someone
Admin sees everything and can add people. Team sees everything except sponsor outreach. Writer sees Today, Inbox and My List for now, with the Writers' Room coming in a later phase.
